In-hospital interpreters are available only for English, Chinese, and Korean.
If you wish to be assisted by an in-hospital interpreter, please contact us in advance. (Except consultation and procedures, etc. interpretation will generally be provided via a remote interpreting tablet.)
For other languages, interpretation will be provided via a remote interpreting tablet.
If necessary, please visit the hospital accompanied by your own interpreter.
We have been established a structure which foreign patients can receive medical support at ease and have been accredited by JCI (Joint Commission International) in February 2017, and recertificated in February 2020. We also implement various efforts to provide safe medical support for foreign patients such as preparation for consultation, provision of translation and interpretation service during consultation, and floor map in multiple languages.
